Obec Rudice se nachází v okrese Blansko, kraj Jihomoravský. Ke dni 31. 12. 2010 zde žilo 903 obyvatel. Obec se nachází v pomyslném geografickém stredu Moravského krasu. Prímo pod obcí protéká ponorný potok jeskynemi Rudického propadání s nejhlubší suchou propastí v CR. Okolí obce patrí k nejromantictejším místum v Moravském krasu. Rudice leží asi 9 km od okresního mesta Blanska a asi 2 km od Jedovnic.

Rudice village located in the district Blansko, South Moravian Region. On 31 12th 2010 there were 903 inhabitants. The village is located in the imaginary geographic center of the Moravian Karst. Municipalities directly under the stream flows through immersion caves Rudice Sink with dry deepest abyss in the Czech Republic. Surrounding the village is one of the most romantic places in the Moravian Karst. Rudice lies about 9 km from the town Blanska and about 2 km from Jedovnice.
