The Gablerbräu is a restaurant in a lovely building in a beautiful location in Salzburg. They offer delicious meals, including a good variety of options for vegetarians, as well as good value. The restaurant's ornate sign includes a criss-crossed pair of forks in a circular design, as well as two gold lions standing on their hind legs around either a barrel or a kettle with a stack of firewood with three wheat spikes and two pieces of equipment (large shovels or stirrers?) emerging from it. There is a lovely floral and leaf pattern woven around the sign as well.
