Given Michigan City's location on the map, it's a crossroads for folks going between Michigan and Chicago, and other places. This one's a little bigger than most, with plenty of tables, and the interior decor is a little different from other Starbucks. Not terribly unique, but noticeable.

Last waymark and last Starbucks of the night as Mrs. QDV and I were getting ready to turn south on our trip home from vacation. No caffeine for us, please, just something cold -- despite the cooler weather and rain -- and they took care of us in a hurry.
