Visitors and/or guests of Lake of the Woods Resort will notice two wooden benches that reside on either side of the entrance to the general store. One of the benches has an inscription carved into a bear that stands on the bench and it reads "Sit Long, Talk Much. In Memory of Drew". I noticed a placard that stands next to the cash register in the store and it reads:

Each year Drew would anxiously await his summertime vacation at Lake of the Woods. Every afternoon while on his vacation Drew would walk from Aspen Campground through the woods to the General Store. Drew would carefully choose his ice cream treat, offer to buy one for you and then proceed to the proch. Here on the porch life was timeless and sweet.
Drew's mother recalls this to be
"Drew's favorite summertime memory".
So please...

And... try it with ice cream!!!!!
