Location of Smokey: Entrance to Carter County Courthouse, Main St. & Oliver St., Van Buren

This courthouse also handles all the Big Spring Park activity. Big Spring was a State Part, the First in Missouri, but has been taken over by the National Park Service and the National Scenic Riverways
