Not sure of the name of this pattern, not a traditional German one, as I remember

The Lions Club holds meetings in the building to the right as we view this barn. It looks like an old fire station, and this barn built behind that building looks new. Pole barn construction

Quilt pattern is reminiscent of southwest Native American designs more than the German Hex which was the original barn quilt marking in the 12 century.

Your Visit:
True story, I live in Warren County and have an obnoxious neighbor, especially when he has a holiday party. This weekend he was having one, and I thought, he cannot upset me if I am not here. So I left for Callaway County and thought I would wander the little town, villages and see what I could find. This quilt on the Lions Club Barn was one of the finds.
