THE INTERSECTION OF AVENIDA PICO AND CALLE AMANACER, 30 FT. NORTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF CALLE AMANACER AND 110 FT. EASTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF AVENIDA PICO. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE SIDEWALK.
