There are many Western franchise outlets in this new modern indoor mall in the old city of Chiangrai. Swensen's offers many ice cream specialty dishes, including ice cream cakes. Many of the 230 outlets in Thailand also offer delivery services.
This small outlet is located near the south entrance to the mall and has just a few tables and chairs. The counter service is mostly for take-out orders. There is also some outdoor seating.
