This plaque is located at the main entrance to the Woelke-Stoffel House, on the left side coming from the street. It simply states the city council and park and recreation commission for the city of Anaheim, including the contractor responsible for the restoration of one of Anaheim's early's homes. It was dedicated in July of 2011.
