Saw this out of the corner of my eye while passing through Spencer along Indiana Rt. 46. A little googling found this:

in which Roger Kirkpatrick on Apr 22, 2010 said: "The woodie with the lousy rebuild at Spencer, IN, is NYC 19920."

I didn't see any markings, but sounds like he knows!
