The name of this sculpture is "Thirst" (there isn't a sign there, but I gathered this information from local people) and it's a big one. Not as big as the huge monument standing behind it, but still, several times real life scale.
It represents a thirsty soldier trying to reach a recipient of water, but unable to touch it... so close and so far.
