This is the tourist information center in Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania.

There are a few odd things about this tourist information center. One is its location, kind of hidden and out of the beaten path. The other is that is shows no marks in English or any other language than Lithuanian. Also, it's hosted by a sad Soviet style dark and neglected building.
