Stanley k. Hathaway was the 27th governor of the state of Wyoming. He was born on July 19th, 1924 and died on October 4, 2005. He was a husband of Roberta "Bobby" Harley Hathaway and was a World War II veteran. He crated the departments of economic planning & development, environmental quality, health & social serviced and recreation & state parks.
