From the intersection with FR16 near Three Creek Meadow, south of Sisters, travel generally NE on FR1628 for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto FR1628-600 and continue for 0.5 miles, crossing Three Creek. Turn right onto FR1628-620 and continue for 0.3 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 3"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a LOCATION POSTER on FR1628-620, and the corner is about 820' W of the road. Aside from a 4-1/2' wood lath stake, there is a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign mounted on a U-post which bears N, 3' distant from the corner. Found two white firs and two ponderosa pines, all scribed and with yellow BEARING TREE tags.
