The figure is holding a newspaper on display in his left hand with several more tucked under his right hand. He’s wearing a light open jacket and long pants. His mouth appears to be calling out the news for buyers. The sculpture is mounted on a 10” high, base about 3 feet square. A plaque is mounted on a top corner of the base.
