This campground is the smallest, but still has a shower and bathroom. It (and Campground 3) are nearest the fishing areas along Roaring River. Some of the campers can just about fall out of their RVs into the river! Roaring River State Park has
a web page on the three campgrounds, including a PDF file with site information for each of the campgrounds. The wording is not clear as to when this campground is open, just "on season", so you may need to check if your stay is not in the typical tourist season.
In the 11 years since this poster has been in the area, this campground has been decimated at least twice by floods and bad weather. One time there was enough warning that everyone had left the campground. On another occasion there were some damaged RVs and tents. Moral of the story? Check the weather before camping at this campground! (Campground 1 was not affected in either of those cases, and Campground 3 had a bit of damage on one of the instances.)
