The old Koksilah School was in use from 1914 to 1964. It was replaced by a new, larger school, but was used again in 1971-72 while the newer school was being expanded. The Koksilah School Historical Society was formed in 1987 by a group of former students. Members of the society maintain the building and grounds, and give tours to school and community groups.
