The Shoe House was built in 1948 by Mahlon N. Haines. The shoe house is an actual home that features 3-bedroom, two full baths, along with a living room and a kitchen. It is 48-feet long and 17-feet wide and has 5 different level. The living room is located in the toe of the shoe with the kitchen in the heel. The bedrooms are located in the ankle of the shoe. The Shoe house was featured in Season 8 of the reality TV show "The Amazing Race"
