This BM is on the front wall of the post office, at the top of the stairs leading down and behind and slightly to the right (east) of the pay phone by the sidewalk.

Post office, on north side of railway avenue between okanagan street and bridge street, 0.7 km west of junction of pleasant valley road with highway no. 97a, tablet in front or south concrete foundation wall of new addition, 47 cm east of southwest corner, 76 cm below brick siding, 25 cm above ground level.
