In the north corner of the west wall, about a foot above ground level is where one will spy this one. It has been painted with sufficient coats of paint to render it almost unreadable. A vivid imagination, however, will make the lettering crystal clear.
Note in the description below that 27th Street was, in 1985, still Highway 97. The highway itself has been moved about three blocks west since then.
