For about $70 one is treated to a ride on the smaller zipline in the town of Chase, followed by adventure guides providing unique and entertaining interpretations of the area’s geography, culture and history on a 1½ to 2 hour tour of the Chase Falls Canyon, which includes rides on each of the two long and steep zip lines at the canyon. This, the lower of the two, is around 500 metres in length, but sufficiently steep that it seems to take only seconds to reach the bottom. It runs through a narrow gap in large trees down the steep canyon while passing over a rushing waterfall.
