Description of Memorial:
This memorial flag and plaque are located in an inconspicuous location in a row of trees diving parking lots and would have been unnoticed without the flag waving high above. The memorial obviously stood out much more almost 40 years ago when it was dedicated but many years of vegetative growth has caused this memorial to be shadowed by trees and shrubs near it.
