At the 'Bismarckplatz' in Stuttgart exists a fountain called 'Marktbrunnen Bismarckplatz'.

The fountain was created in 2004. It was a donation by the 'Verschönerungsverein Stuttgart' (Decoration Club of Stuttgart).

It can be visited all the time without any restrictions.
