The front entrance to the old Swanbourne Primary School is all that remains after the school was demolished and a park created when a new school was opened
Swanbourne Primary School has a history dating back to 1905. Swanbourne was originally called North Claremont and the name was changed in 1921 to its current title. Swanbourne Primary school moved to its new school site on September 4th, 2001.
