Current Condition of Bridge: Good!

Description of Covered Bridge: According to Wikipedia, three men (James Coulter and Davidson on father and son) claimed to have built this Town lattice truss style bridge made of hemlock. After some repair work in 2007, it is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is one of four covered bridges in Sullivan County to be so listed, and the northernmost one as well. Since there are only 29 covered bridges remaining in NY, Sullivan County has more than its fair share!
Some of the statistics:
98 ft long by 13 ft wide by 11.5 ft high (6.5 ft vertical clearance) and a 3 ton load limit
Year Built: 1865
Parking (If not at the bridge):: Large parking area to the right as you come in from Beaverkill Rd
Location (Road - City - State - Country): Campsite Rd - Beaverkill - NY - USA
