The Estonian Open Air Museum is a bit far from the center of Tallinn, and one will need to take a trolley car or bus to reach the location. The Blacksmith shop is one of the many traditional houses on display and it might be open to the public. Also there are so blacksmith tools around.


Busses 21 and 21B from Balti jaam railway station, 21A from Väike-Õismäe. Rocca al Mare bus stop is next to the museum's gate.

To get back to the city center:

walk ca 10 minutes along Lõuka street toward Rannamõisa road. Take bus 4, 21 or 21B from Sõba stop.
walk ca 15 minutes along sea-side Vabaõhumuuseumi street towards Paldiski road. Take bus nr 21, 21B or 22 or trolleybus 6 or 7 at Zoo stop.

Entire museum at 10:00 – 17:00
Museum park is open as well as the following buildings: Härjapea and Sepa farms,Kuie School, Kolu Inn, Lau Shop and handicraft shop.
