Thanks to mTn_biKer65 for pointing me towards this war department boundary stone - a sister stone to one he waymarked that's within eye sight.

You'll find it against the wall of Department of National Defence's Canadian Army Command and Staff College at Fort Frontenac, the northeast corner of The Tragically Hip Way and Ontario Street.
