This depiction of Chac Mool is located in the National Museum of Anthropology) Museo Nacional de Antropología in El Salvador.
The Museum placards indicates that this sculpture comes from the Casa Blanca archaeological site in Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is dated between 900 to 1200 AD. The sign identifies the Chac as a deity associated with corn fields, rain the god Tlaloc although the Wikipedia page (visit link) speaks only to the sculptures being used to hold sacred items as offering to the gods...and confirms the figures' association with Tlaloc.
