EN:
Young woman with whistle (flute) in hand, it is quite possible that it rests finished pomegranate. The flute is an attribute of the muse Euterpe of lyric singing. Art critic determines statue of a Roman goddess Pomona orchards. It may also be Persephone or young Hera with pomegranate.

Persephone, also Persephone or Persefoneia - (Latin Proserpina) - The daughter of the supreme god Zeus and the goddess Demeter, wife of the ruler of the underworld Hades.

Persephone was a beautiful girl, perhaps because Zeus promised her as a wife to his brother Hades, god of the underworld. Her mother Demeter on this promise had no idea. It pleased her to watch his beautiful daughter in games with fairies, enjoy the beautiful flowers. It is in such a situation before it opened one of the country from the abyss rushed to his black car Hades, the girl pulled the car and drove away. Before anyone could recover, she was gone.

Shouts desperate Persephone nothing worked. The car drove around the lake, where she lived for a water nymph cyano, she understood what was going on and betrayed the god Hades, to kidnap the girl and asked her mother's permission. Hades was angry he hit the royal scepter and the earth parted and the car disappeared into the abyss. Fairy cyano regret over Persephone and cried until dissolved into thin threads, merged with other water.
