A 5.75' by 3' by 7" rectangular tombstone with a curved top stands in the east central part of West Hartford's North Cemetery. The monument was funded by the State of Connecticut and supplied, designed and fabricated by the Stephen Maslen Corporation. It was erected in 1904.
The west facing front contains a dedication and a list 10 names along with their unit, place, and date of death.
