This museum was originally created in 1920 and it's hosted by one of the wings of the National Museum in Warsaw. It has several branches all over the country.
The collection covers about one thousand years of Polish military history and it's the second largest in Warsaw.
The outdoors exhibit is perhaps the best bit and it can be visited for free. Indoors, the rooms are gloomy and the exhibit style is kind of outdated.
Opening hours: Open 10:00 - 16:00, Wed 10:00 - 17:00. Closed Mon, Tue. Last entrance 30 minutes before closing.
Open all year: Yes
