An unexpected statue of USA president Ronald Reagan in Warsaw

This statue can be found in one of the main avenues of the Polish capital city, in an area where many embassies are located. It's a bronze statue - not dated and with no reference to its author - in a scale slightly above real size - and the president looks like he's speaking to an audience, in a suite, looking to a point in the horizon to his right.
Even if there is no reference on the spot, a brief research shows the author of the monument was Wladyslaw Dudek. The statue was unveiled on the 25th November 2011.
