Venus dormida (sleeping Venus) is one of 23 sculptures in Plaza Botero donated by Medellin artist Fernando Botero for the renovation of the Museum of Antioquia. Botero’s signature style, also known as "Boterismo", depicts people and figures in large, exaggerated volume, which can represent political criticism or humor, depending on the piece. He is considered the most recognized and quoted living artist from Latin America.

Wikipedia tells us about Venus:

Venus is the Roman goddess whose functions encompassed love, beauty, sex, fertility and prosperity. In Roman mythology, she was the mother of the Roman people through her son, Aeneas, who survived the fall of Troy and fled to Italy. Julius Caesar claimed her as his ancestor. Venus was central to many religious festivals, and was venerated in Roman religion under numerous cult titles.

The sculpture can be seen in Google Street View.
