The sign for this cemetery is out along Missouri route 37 north of Purdy. A low-slung car may have difficulty (as in, get damaged) on the way to the cemetery. The topographic maps and the Open Street Map show the lane angling southeast toward the cemetery after it crosses the tracks. But that is not true at all. The narrow lane continues straight east, then takes a 90 degree turn south to the cemetery. That is, it simply surrounds a rectangular field. There are a couple of cattle guards that you cross along the way.
According to FindAGrave the oldest grave was from 1832 - a veteran of the War of 1812 (not the Revolutionary war, as his entry says; he would have been much too young, and Dyer's Regiment from Tennessee fought in 1812, not in the Revolution). The latest grave at the time of this posting was in 2013.
