Historic Joe & Aggie's Café has a fine Mural, featuring a Route 66 map, & State Highway Shields showing all the States that Route 66 passes through. The Café was the inspiration for the movie 'Cars'.
The Café was one of the locations along Route 66 visited by John Lasseter, where he drew his inspiration for the Disney Pixar Movie 'Cars'.
The films story line is based on Route 66 and the affect of opening the Interstate, the suffering it caused, turning many small communities into Ghost Towns overnight.
