Located on property that was once the village of Waynesborough, this beautiful park offers several miles of hiking trails...and this small cemetery.

There are five marked graves inside the iron fence:
*C. McC. Churchill. Born May 14, 1799. Died June 10, 1844.
*Elizabeth Allen Churchill. Born February 22, 1807. Died March 8, 1879. Aged 72 years and 16 days.
*John Allen, son of Daniel and Elizabeth Cordell. Born May 11, 1851. Died October 26, 1854.
*Daniel Cogdell. Born November 5, 1828. Died October 7, 1892.
*Elizabeth Allen Churchill, wife of Dr. Daniel Cogdell. Born January 25, 1830. Died October 12, 1904.

A sixth grave is curiously placed outside the iron fence:
*Merriel H., wife of William R. Hooks. Died March 15, 1846. Age 20 years, 9 months, 15 days.
