A purple colored bell sits atop a yellow, four-sided and tiered foundation on the Langston University campus. This structure honors the Omega Psi Phi fraternity. One side shows their logo, another just the Omega symbol, and two others sides have the following text:

Ernest E. Just
Frank Coleman
Oscar J. Cooper
Edgar A. Love
__
Manhood/Scholarship/Perseverance/Uplift
___

The circular border around the bell is yellow and blue landscape stones, with small rocks filling the interior and some dedicated bricks as well.
