This lighthouse originally stood at the breakwater at St. Catherine's but is now outside the Jersey Maritime Museum.

The museum is housed in old warehouses on the North Quay in St. Helier. They were renovated in 1997 and turned into the Jersey Maritime Museum.

The lighthouse was built in 1857 and is 8 metres high and painted white. There is a plaque on the side of the lighthouse with some details.

The lighthouse is in a public area and can be visited at any time but the lighthouse itself is closed.
