This benchmark is a rod style marker hidden in the grass off of the Heritage Rail Trail bike path near a corner of Homestead park. A reference marker is present at the location. The designation is shown on the underside of the access cover.

THE STATION IS A STANDARD NGS THREE DIMENSIONAL MARK. THE LOGO
FLANGE WITH ACCESS COVER IS STAMPED---FRANK 58 1987---, AND IS
RECESSED 2 CM BELOW GROUND. THE STATION IS A 9/16 INCH DIAMETER
STAINLESS STEEL ROD DRIVEN TO THE DEPTH OF 3.7 METERS (12.1 FT) AND
IS RECESSED 8 CM BELOW GROUND. LOCATED 4.6 METERS (15.2 FT)
SOUTH-SOUTHWEST FROM THE SOUTH PIPELINE MARKER ON THE WEST SIDE OF
COSGRAY ROAD, 7.3 METERS (24.0 FT) WEST FROM THE WEST EDGE OF THE
ROAD PAVING, 20.3 METERS (66.5 FT) NORTHWEST FROM THE SOUTH
PIPELINE MARKER ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD, 23.4 METERS (76.7 FT)
WEST-NORTHWEST FROM THE WEST EDGE OF THE ROUND CONCRETE BASE OF A
POWER LINE TOWER, 0.6 METERS (2 FT) EAST FROM A FRANKLIN COUNTY
