This small portion of a cross has been positioned on a wall next to the R N L I Lifeboat slipway.

The island of Jersey used to have a number of wayside crosses, but they were destroyed during the Reformation.

The remains of this Medieval cross were discovered in 1990. It's not known whether this cross was one of the wayside crosses or whether it was from St. Agatha's church which used to be nearby. link

Made of stone, only the top part of the cross remains from what was originally a Medieval cross.
