This monument to the soldiers who fought in World War I is located in Freedom Plaza on Main Street at Freedom Ave. In downtown Alliance. It was erected in 1923 and dedicated on July 4,1924. It is constructed of Oklahoma Granite and Bronze. The primary sculptor was Steven A. Rebeck.
