This aerial view of Glenwood Springs is found mounted on a building the abuts Glenwood Springs Centennial Park. The mural is just tremendous in the amount of detail - some fact - some fantasy (there is no monorail to Glenwood!). Take time to look closely at this work to find the little 'treasures' hidden by the artist, Mary Pilon.
The mural is a 'bird's eye' view of Glenwood springs executed in a 'Where's Waldo-type' of detail. Intricate detail does not begin to describe the care the artist took to represent Glenwood Springs and the surrounding area.
