This bronze sculpture shows two people, a boy holding a younger girl in his arms. They are looking skyward in wonder as butterflies take flight from an opened jar. Created by sculptor Gary Lee Price, the work was financed by several patrons in 2000. It is located on the front lawn of the historic Mason County Courthouse in Shelton.
