This mark is cut in a wall on the north west side of Tower Bridge Road on the southern approach to Tower Bridge.

The mark has "faded" quite a bit and that is probably due to the jet washing that is carried out to clean the stone.. Using the OS description it is quite easy to locate the remains of the mark.
