The Centennial Community Church, is located near the small unincorporated community of Centennial,on the east side of US 41. The Centennial Cemetery is located behind the church, on County Road East 800 South. The church sign indicates it was established in 1837. The oldest part of the cemetery is located on the north side of CR E 800 S, the newer part is on the south, behind the church.
