Take time to really look at this piece to find the many hidden treasures the sculptor, Ben Foster (visit link) , has provided. The bear has the boy's safety whistle around his neck. The boy is reading his Bear Safety book trying to figure out what to do. And the bear is sitting on a 'Do Not Feed the Bears' sign. This piece is found near Rifle's new public library.
