This is an abandoned concrete block house on Sneads Grove Rd about half way between Marston and Laurinburg, NC.

I am not sure exactly how old this house is for sure. I do remember this house being unoccupied when I was a young child traveling this road with my parents to visit grandparents in High Point, NC. I am now near sixty. There was an attempt to clean up around the structure approximately 20 years ago. Unclear of the purpose for all this work, no other work was done on the structure. Recent logging has exposed the structure to the public's view again. Controlled burns in the area after the logging operation have weaken the structure to the point the some of the walls were taken down to mitigate hazard of falling.
