This pioneer cemetery is located between the towns of Tenino and Bucoda on State Highway 507. Burials date from the 1860s to the present. There are approximately 2,200 marked graves, and according to local legend, possibly a mass unmarked grave of prisoners from the territorial prison that was located in Bucoda (1874-1888).
