Swap & Shop sellers can set up right on the track to sell their used items. Sellers can start setting up as early as 6 am and must pay a fee of $12. Buyers are allowed in starting at 7 am and must pay an entrance fee of $2 (14 years and under are free). There's loads of free parking, washrooms, and a few vendors who sell food and drinks.
