They aren't kidding: This is a very popular area for ducks, and there is a lovely riverwalk here. Just east of the sign is a memorial to Father Gander, a protective goose who was hit and killed by a car a few years ago, and across the street from that memorial is the Dodging Duck Brewhaus. The Dodging Duck gets its name from you-know-where, and they have been serving terrific craft beer and food since 2002. Take a walk here, enjoy the scenery, and then relax there afterwards.
